After the anodal voltage of storage battery was higher than 8V, the fourth triode switched on, and second triode and the 5th triode are closed, and the switch tube switches on, for the power supply of follow-up circuit. When the anodal voltage of storage battery was higher than 33V, first triode and second triode switched on, made the grid of switch tube and the voltage VGS=0 between the source electrode, and the switch tube is in the closed condition, played the overvoltage protection effect. The utility model discloses not only can realize the overvoltage protection function, can also realize the undervoltage protection function, can prevent effectively that on-vehicle storage battery from being exhausted and leading to the emergence of the unable start-up condition of car, has prolonged the life of storage battery. |
