Abstract The utility model discloses a teaching device for manipulator practical training. The teaching device is characterized by including an inductor, mechanical guide rails, a movable table, a cylinder, a sucker, a motor, a charging platform, a discharging platform, and a PLC controller, the inductor is arranged above the mechanical guide rails, the charging platform and the discharging platform are arranged under the mechanical guide rails, the movable table is arranged on the mechanical guide rails, is connected with the motor, and performs horizontal movement along the mechanical guide rails under the driving of the motor, the cylinder is arranged on the movable table, the sucker is arranged on the cylinder and performs ascending or descending along the movement of the cylinder, and the PLC controller is in signal connection with the inductor, the sucker, and the motor. Compared with the prior art, the teaching device has the characteristics of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, good simulation, and high safety.
