A water inlet valve comprises a valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, a valve port is formed in the valve body, an iron core valve rod controlling the valve port to be open and closed is arranged above the valve port, a sealing ring matched with the valve port is arranged at the lower end of the iron core valve rod, the iron core valve rod is contained in a sleeve, the lower end of the sleeve is inserted into one side of the valve body, and the upper end of the iron core valve rod is connected with the upper end face of the sleeve through a compressing spring; a coil is wound around the sleeve and is wrapped in a plastic package, and the sleeve and the valve body are bonded together through glue; a sealing clamp ring is further arranged between the sleeve and the valve body, and the sleeve, the valve body and the sealing clamp ring are bonded together through glue; the sleeve is sleeved with a coil support, and the coil is wound around the coil support; a filter screen is arranged at the position of a water inlet of the valve body. Due to the fact that the sleeve and the valve body are bonded together through glue, connection is firm, service life is long, and the problem that matching between the sleeve and the valve body is not ideal due to threaded connection can be solved.
