Abstract | The utility model discloses a special horizontal multi-shaft boring head for a quincunx hole. The special horizontal multi-shaft boring head for the quincunx hole comprises a gearbox, wherein a driving gear shaft is arranged in the gearbox; two idler wheel gear shafts are arranged on two sides of the driving gear shaft respectively and symmetrical with respect to the driving gear shaft; each of the two sides of the two idler wheel gear shafts is provided with two driven gear shafts; the four driven gear shafts form a rectangular structure, and the driving gear shaft is located in the geometrical center of the rectangle; supporting wheels are arranged at the two ends of the outer side of the gearbox. Four semi-holes in the quincunx hole are machined simultaneously. Action force of radial force on the multi-shaft boring head is counteracted in the cutting process. The special horizontal multi-shaft boring head for the quincunx hole is stable in motion and high in machining efficiency and avoids the situation that a boring mill square shaft extends forwards and droops under the horizontal supporting of the supporting wheels. |
