Abstract | The utility model discloses a coal economizer with a high utilization rate. A coal economizer which is used at present is used for heating water in a snakelike pipe through waste heat of smoke, part of the heat of he smoke is recycled, a device shell still dissipates heat outwards, and the loss of heat is caused. The coal economizer comprises a smoke inlet (1), the smoke inlet is connected with a smoke inlet reducing nipple (2) which is connected with one end of a device shell (3), the device shell is connected with an overhaul door (5) through a bolt (4), the other end of the device shell is connected with a smoke outlet reducing nipple (6), the smoke outlet reducing nipple is connected with a smoke outlet (7), and a water tank (8) is arranged on the device shell. One side of the water tank is provided with a water inlet (9) which is provided with an electronic valve (10), the middle of the water tank is connected with a water pump (12) through a water outlet pipe (11), the water pump (13) is connected with a snakelike pipe (14) arranged in the shell, and the water pump is provided with a time relay (15). The coal economizer is applied to recovery of heat of smoke. |
