The side face of one side, opposite to the air inlet, of the pneumatic clutch is connected with the power shaft of the stamping machine via a spline. The buffering device is additionally mounted on the chain, the shutdown speed of the stamping machine is reduced, the registration accuracy is improved, so that the stamping accuracy is improved, the printed product quality is improved, a defect rate of printed products is reduced, the production cost is lowered, and the production efficiency is improved.
