An automatic control slurry discharge valve for a dense box comprises a pneumatic executing mechanism and a PLC control system, wherein the pneumatic executing mechanism is composed of a pneumatic pipe clamping valve, an electromagnetic valve and a gas source, the pneumatic pipe clamping valve is arranged on an underflow sand discharging port of the dense box and is communicated with the gas source through a gas conveying pipe, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the gas conveying pipe between the pneumatic pipe clamping valve and the gas source and is electrically connected with the PLC control system. Due to the fact that the pneumatic executing mechanism composed of the pneumatic pipe clamping valve, the electromagnetic valve and the gas source and the PLC control system are combined to form the structure of the slurry discharge valve, the concentration of underflow is controlled by controlling the duration of on-off time of the pneumatic pipe clamping valve through a PLC, the longer the off time of the pneumatic pipe clamping valve is, the higher the concentration of the underflow is, and otherwise, the concentration of the underflow is lowered when the off time of the pneumatic pipe clamping valve is short. Thus, the dense box with the slurry discharge valve can obtain underflow higher in concentration, the concentration is improved by more than 30%, and the dense box cannot be blocked fundamentally. The automatic control slurry discharge valve for the dense box is simple and reliable in structure, easy to control and high in practicability.
