Abstract Provided is a ratchet mechanism for energy storage of a circuit breaker operating mechanism. A rotating shaft (1) of the operating mechanism is included, a transmission cam (2) is clamped on the rotating shaft (1) of the operating mechanism, the circular shaft end of the transmission cam (2) is sleeved in a rocking arm sheet (3), and the rocking arm end of the rocking arm sheet (3) is connected with a dialing mechanism (4). The ratchet mechanism is characterized in that the rocking arm sheet (3) can swing around the rotating shaft (1) of the operating mechanism in a reciprocating manner under the common effect of the dialing mechanism (4) and a return torsion spring (5), a ratchet (6) is fixedly mounted at the circular shaft end of the transmission cam (2) at the inner side of the rocking arm sheet (3), a ratchet push assembly (7) is mounted on the rocking arm sheet (3), the ratchet push assembly (7) can push the ratchet (6) to rotate in the single direction, and a ratchet locking assembly (9) is mounted on a side plate (8) of the operating mechanism. The ratchet mechanism avoids the problems that a series motor is not stopped when energy-storage rotation of the rotating shaft of the circuit breaker operating mechanism is in place, or that the series motor is stopped before energy-storage rotation of the rotating shaft of the circuit breaker operating mechanism is in place, and the reliability of energy storage is improved.
