Abstract | The utility model discloses a pole needle welding device. The pole needle welding device comprises a bed body, a transposition directional mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a follow-up clamping positioning mechanism and a discharging mechanism. According to the pole needle welding device, a pole needle is conveyed to the transposition directional mechanism through the feeding mechanism, and the transposition directional mechanism drives the pole needle to roll, so that the pole needle faces a preset direction. The follow-up clamping positioning mechanism clamps the pole needle and drives the pole needle to slide to a preset welding position along the bed body. The pole needle is welded at the welding position and then is taken out from the discharging mechanism, loading, steering, clamping, moving, welding and fetching of the pole needle can be sequentially, circularly and repeatedly performed by controlling the working sequence and the working state of each element. Therefore, in a pole needle welding process, not every process is required to be manually operated, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. |
