Summary: | The utility model discloses a centering positioning support and a misregistration detection flat tool. The centering positioning support is applied to an electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine. The centering positioning support is characterized in that the support comprises a pedestal, a locking nut, a movable head, a locking screw and a positioning screw; the pedestal comprises a stud; the locking nut comprises a first screw hole and a blind hole, and the screw hole is in transition fit with the stud; the movable head comprises a second screw hole, and one end of the movable head is arranged in the blind hole; the locking screw is used for fixedly connecting the movable head with the locking nut; and the positioning screw is arranged in the second screw hole and can move back and forth in the second screw hole in a rotary manner. The pedestal, the locking nut, the movable head, the locking screw and the positioning screw are all detachable. When the pedestal is fastened in a T-shaped groove of the testing machine, the positioning screw can push a base plate of a fixture of the testing machine through torque. By means of the above technical scheme, by applying torque on the positioning screw, a pedestal of the large-scale fatigue testing machine can be pushed, and therefore centering positioning of a fixture system of a large-scale device can be achieved. |
