Abstract | The utility model belongs to the field of mechanical sealing, and relates to a novel rotor top end sealing piece based on a piston rotor engine. A roller pin type sealing piece body and two sections of sealing columns are matched and connected through an assembling mode of a rolling body in a roller pin bearing and an outer ring. The novel rotor top end sealing piece comprises the roller pin type sealing piece body, the sealing columns and wave-form leaf springs, all of which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence. The sealing columns are provided with arc grooves in the axial direction, the roller pin type sealing piece body is arranged in the arc grooves, and the wave-form leaf springs are arranged below the sealing column and located in a rotor arc groove. The rolling type sealing mode of the roller pin type sealing piece body and the inner wall of a cylinder replaces a sliding sealing mode of an original sealing piece and the inner wall of the cylinder, and the sealing performance, the stability and the dynamic performance are guaranteed. |
