Abstract | The utility model relates to a filter for deep processing of coal tar. The filter comprises a filter cylinder, wherein a filtrate feed opening (11) and a filtrate discharge opening (12) are formed in the filter cylinder, and the filter cylinder comprises an outer cylinder (1) and an inner cylinder (2); the circumferential surface of the outer cylinder (1) is sealed, and the inner cylinder (2) comprises a cylinder rack (21) and a strainer (22); the strainer (22) is fixedly arranged on the cylinder rack (21) in a cylindrical shape to form a filtering circumferential surface of the inner cylinder (2), and an accommodating cavity (14) is reserved in an inner cavity (13) of the outer cylinder positioned between the discharge opening (12) of the outer cylinder (1) and one end of the inner cylinder (2); a drain outlet (15) is formed in the bottom of the accommodating cavity (14), and a cleaning agent feed opening (16) is formed in the outer cylinder (1) positioned at the top of the accommodating cavity (14); the filtrate feed opening (11) is positioned in the outer cylinder (1), and a filter residue discharge opening (17) is formed in the bottom of the outer cylinder (1). The filter has the advantages that the filter residue blowing operation is automatically controlled by pressure difference continuously, the filter area is large, the filter efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, and the operation is convenient. |
