A display device comprises a housing, a liquid crystal display panel accommodated in the housing and a backlight module connected with the liquid crystal display panel, wherein the backlight module comprises an optical thin film, a light guide plate and a reflecting film which are attached sequentially, and the optical thin film is attached to the liquid crystal display panel. The reflecting film comprises a reflecting film base body, a hard coating, an extinction layer and a heat dissipation layer. The reflecting film base body comprises a plastic base material, organic solid particles and organic hollow particles, wherein the organic solid particles and the organic hollow particles are scattered in the plastic base material, air bubbles are formed in the plastic base material, the hard coating is arranged on one side of the reflecting film base material, the extinction layer is arranged on the side, away from the reflecting film base body, of the hard coating, the heat dissipation layer is arranged on the side, away from the hard coating, of the reflecting film base body, and the light guide plate is attached to the extinction layer. The reflecting film of the display device is provided with the hard coating, the extinction layer and the heat dissipation layer, so that the surface hardness of the reflecting film is improved, the mechanical capacity and anti-scratching capacity are improved, and the reflection capacity of the reflecting film is further improved. In addition, the reflecting film can be also prevented from deforming due to long-term heating, and the image displaying quality can be improved.
