Abstract The utility model provides a low-pressure lubricating oil protection device. A shell is divided into an upper space and a lower space by a rubber membrane assembly; the upper part of the rubber membrane assembly is connected with a spring; the upper part of the spring is connected with an adjustment bolt; after the adjustment bolt is in threaded sealed connection with the shell, a screw cap of the adjustment bolt extends out of the shell; a through hole connected with a control cavity connection opening is formed in the shell space in the upper part of the rubber membrane assembly; a through hole connected with a main valve inlet is formed in the space shell in the lower part of the rubber membrane assembly; the lower part of the rubber membrane assembly is connected with a valve seat; a main valve outlet is formed in the lower surface of the valve seat; the rubber membrane assembly downwards deforms within the elastic deformation range of the rubber membrane assembly; the bottom plane of the valve seat is in contact with the upper plane of the main valve outlet. The low-pressure lubricating oil protection device is simple in structure, does not have a dead zone or friction, is high in sensitivity, small in baffle inertia, small in driving moment, high in dynamic response and low in control force; a main valve cavity is connected with a control cavity through a connection bolt and a lock sheet, so that overhaul is facilitated.
