The second control system comprises a current identification module for detecting a current change signal of the electric welding machine, wherein the current identification module transmits the detected current change signal to a signal analysis module, the signal analysis module obtains a regulating signal according to the current change signal and transmits the regulating signal to a second PLC control module, and the second PLC control module controls a variable-frequency speed-regulating module to conduct rotation speed regulation on the fan according to the regulating signal. The intelligent control system can intelligently control opening or closing of the welding smoke purifier fan, can further achieve intelligent variable-frequency rotation speed regulation according to the working current change of the connected electric welding machine and effectively change the output power and air volume of the fan, prolongs the service life and meanwhile greatly reduces energy consumption.
