Abstract | The utility model relates to a multifunctional sectional material supporting plate which comprises a plate body, an upper girder, a lower girder, side inserting grooves, lower inserting grooves, a strengthening beam, a connecting beam, a side beam, an auxiliary inserting groove, an upper inserting groove, upper locating columns and lower locating columns. The side inserting grooves, the lower inserting grooves, the auxiliary inserting groove and the upper inserting groove are each formed by opposite 7-shaped structures. The plate body is formed by aluminum alloy in an extrusion mode through a mold. In actual use, the multifunctional sectional material supporting plate can be fixed on an assembly line in the proper direction according to the specific spatial position where the supporting plate is applied and the directions of workpieces which need to be additionally fixed, different workpieces can be fixed through the inserting grooves at different positions, and under normal conditions, the supporting plate is fixed through the upper girder. The multifunctional sectional material supporting plate can be fixed in an inserting mode through the inserting grooves facing different directions, and also can be fixed through screws. The multifunctional sectional material supporting plate is simple in structure, convenient to use and capable of being freely combined. |
