Abstract | Provided is a lightweight small back door. A smooth surface is arranged on the outer side of a door outer plate, a plurality of vertical ribs are arranged on the inner side of the door outer plate, fixed installing holes are formed in the vertical ribs, the local thickness of the positions, making contact with the inner wall of the door outer plate, of the vertical ribs is smaller than the thickness of the upper middle portions of the vertical ribs, a frame-shaped framework formed in an integrated injection molding mode is arranged, continuous grooves are formed in the framework, reinforcement ribs which are arranged at intervals are arranged in the grooves, and the frame-shaped framework is fixed to the inner side of the door outer plate through fastening screws. The lightweight small back door is defined to be made of plastic and fixed to the framework made of engineering plastic through bolts, the overall lightweight small back door is formed by engineering plastic in a composite mode, and the weight of an automobile body is reduced while the strength requirement is met. |
