The utility model provides a liquid level control and alarm device of a sand mixing and stirring tank. The sand mixing tank is included, a liquid sensor which detects the liquid level in the sand mixing tank is mounted on the sand mixing tank, a monitoring point of the liquid level sensor is positioned over a hollow float, the output end of the liquid level sensor is connected with a processing module, and the output end of the processing module is connected with a hydraulic control valve for controlling running of a propping agent and an alarm unit. The processing module reads a mixing-tank liquid level signal sent from the liquid level sensor, and compares the mixing-tank liquid level signal with a set liquid-level signal of the processing module itself; and when the value of liquid level signal received from the liquid level sensor is lower than that the set liquid level signal, the processing module controls the alarm unit to raise the alarm, the hydraulic control valve is closed, and output of the propping agent is stopped. The liquid level control and alarm device can prevent a stirrer of the sand mixing tank from damage due to the facts that liquid in the sand mixing and stirring tank is exhausted and the sand mixing and stirring tank is full of the propping agent.
