Summary:The utility model provides a digitalized weft detection controller which comprises a control panel and at least one signal processing unit, and the input end of the signal processing unit is connected to the output end of a filling yarn sensor. The control panel comprises a digital processing chip and an input port connected to the digital processing chip and used for connecting a master control chip of a loom, and the signal processing unit comprise, sequentially connected with, a first-stage band pass filter, a second-stage band pass filter, a demodulation circuit and a peak detection circuit. The secondary band pass filter comprises a control end connected to a digital potentiometer of the digital processing chip, and the digital potentiometer is connected to the input end of the second-stage band pass filter. The digitalized weft detection controller filters on-site chopper frequency and power frequency interference of a frequency converter and a servo through two-stage band pass filters, and processes sampling signals through the digital processing chip. The anti-interference performance of the digitalized weft detection controller can be substantially improved.
