The household garbage produced RDF pyrolysis gasification fuel cleaning and efficient power generation system comprises a garbage sorting machine, a garbage crusher, a household garbage drying device, a stick production machine, an additive adding device, a pyrolysis gasification furnace, a fuel power generator, an expansion screw power generator, a building material production device, a tempering chamber and an exhaust gas treatment pool. The original household garbage is produced into the RDF solid fuel and generated into the flammable gas through the pyrolysis gasification for fuel power generation and the waste heat gas of the fuel power generation is bubbled into the expansion screw power generator for further power generation. According to the household garbage produced RDF pyrolysis gasification fuel cleaning and efficient power generation system, the heat value of the RDF solid fuel is far higher than that of the original garbage organic matter, the power generation is performed through the flammable gas which is obtained by the pyrolysis gasification, and accordingly the generation of dioxins is greatly reduced and the secondary power generation is achieved and accordingly the power generation capacity is large, the clean and pollution-free effect is achieved, and every product in the garbage treatment process can be reasonably and fully utilized. |
