Abstract | The utility model relates to the technical field of thermal sublimation transfer-printing, and discloses a high-ink-absorption thermal sublimation transfer-printing digital cloth which comprises a digital cloth layer (1) and a coating, wherein the coating is an ink absorption layer (2); the ink absorption layer (2) comprises lamella units (21); an anti-adhesion isolating layer (3) is arranged on the upper surface of the ink absorption layer (2). The digital cloth layer of the high-ink-absorption thermal sublimation transfer-printing digital cloth has the telescopic strength, and in the thermal sublimation transfer-printing process, the high-ink-absorption thermal sublimation transfer-printing digital cloth made of the digital cloth layer can be repeatedly used, not only is the production cost reduced, but also the time for replacing transfer-printing digital paper is not needed, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the high-ink-absorption thermal sublimation transfer-printing digital cloth is applicable to industrialization on-scale production and has a very wide application prospect. The lamella units in the ink absorption layer can sufficiently and rapidly absorb ink when the ink is absorbed and can ensure that water is sufficiently transfer-printed onto a material in the thermal sublimation transfer-printing process, so that the ink consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. |
