Abstract | The utility model relates to an infrared sensor, which comprises pins. A base is arranged above the pins; first symmetrical supporting columns are arranged above the base; a circuit element is arranged between the first symmetrical supporting columns; a PET tube is arranged above the circuit element; a first PZT thermoelectric element is arranged above the PET tube; second symmetrical supporting columns are arranged above the first PZT thermoelectric element; a second PZT thermoelectric element is arranged above the second symmetrical supporting columns; third symmetrical supporting columns are arranged above the second PZT thermoelectric element; a light filter is arranged above the third symmetrical supporting columns; the base and the shell form a sealed structure; and the top end of the shell is provided with a window. The infrared sensor has the advantages that the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the size is small, and high integration is facilitated. |
