Abstract The utility model relates to internal combustion engine radiator main pieces, in particular to an unstressed main piece structure of an internal combustion engine radiator. The four corners of a main piece are identically provided with openings from outside to inside before the main piece is flanged. The openings of the flanged main piece face upwards. Every opening is a strip opening with a V-shaped base close to the main piece. According to the unstressed main piece structure of the internal combustion engine radiator, the stress concentrated four corners of the main piece are all provided with the openings, the stress is released after the main piece is flanged, and no stress is concentrated, so that the problems of the difficulty of water chamber pressure mounting, the hardness of pressure tooth pressing, leakage due to poor compression of a seal ring and the like of an existing main piece with stress due to the deformation and poor flatness of the brazed main piece are solved. The unstressed main piece structure of the internal combustion engine radiator is simple and high in production efficiency.
