A handle part comprises a drive handle and a transmission rod. One end of the drive handle is hinged to a shell. A main shaft part comprises a main shaft, a bearing supporting the main shaft in the shell, a rotary drive wheel installed on the main shaft, and an output gear fixed to the main shaft.
