The device can be used for carrying out crushing and ball grinding on arsenic-alkali residues without raising dust, so that an operating environment and an operating environment are prevented from being polluted by harmful dust to a maximum extent, and the arsenic removing rate greater than 97.00% and the antimony scorification rate greater than 95.00% are guaranteed while the environment friendliness is realized; the crushing, the ball grinding and the leaching are organically combined, so that the device has small possibility of blocking and is smooth in process. |
