Abstract The utility model provides a TCP network communication system based on photoelectric theodolite real time intersection measurement. The TCP network communication system comprises a first photoelectric theodolite unit, a second photoelectric theodolite unit and a third photoelectric theodolite unit; wherein the first photoelectric theodolite unit is connected with the third photoelectric theodolite unit through the second photoelectric theodolite unit, and the first photoelectric theodolite unit is connected with the third photoelectric theodolite unit. According to the TCP network communication system, through loop network structure design that the three photoelectric theodolite units are server ends and client ends for one another, when any one photoelectric theodolite unit malfunctions, communication between the other two photoelectric theodolite units is not affected; a system network broken line automatic intelligent reconnection module is added, the system is lifted in automation performance, and the reliability and the automation level of real time intersection measurement data communication of the three networked photoelectric theodolites are ensured and raised.
