Summary:The utility model relates to a valve leakage testing system which comprises a tested bidirectional valve. One end of the tested valve is connected with a helium cylinder, and the other end is connected with a leakage testing port. The valve leakage testing system is connected with the tested bidirectional valve through a pressure increasing air passage and a pressure reducing air passage. The pressure increasing air passage is provided with an air-driven booster pump. The air-driven booster pump is provided with a first driving air passage and a second driving air passage. The control part of the air-driven booster pump is provided with a pressurizing stopping branch passage. An output air passage is connected with a vacuum pressure-releasing branch passage and a forward-direction pressurizing valve. The inlet and the outlet of the tested valve are provided with two sets of stop valves which are connected parallelly. The valve leakage testing system is provided with a helium recycling pipe which is provided with a pressure increasing recycling branch passage and a pressure reducing recycling branch passage. The pressure increasing air passage, the pressure reducing air passage, the output air passage and the vacuum pressure-releasing branch passage are respectively connected a pressure releasing branch passage. The valve leakage testing system has beneficial effects of: high production efficiency, high testing precision, energy-saving effect, environment pollution reduction, no-oil lubrication technology, and no requirement for lubricating equipment by the system. Furthermore total lubricating oil cost is saved.
