Abstract | The utility model discloses a semi-automatic oil cylinder filling type vacuumizing filling system. According to the vacuumizing filling system, a manual stop valve is changed into a vacuum-resistant coaxial valve, and an oil cylinder type filling system is utilized. The vacuumizing filling system comprises a washing module, a blowing module, a vacuumizing module and a filling module which are connected with an inlet of to-be-filled hydraulic equipment, wherein an outlet of the to-be-filled hydraulic equipment is connected with the washing module and the blowing module. According to the vacuumizing filling system, the problems that contents of gas and impurities are high in a pump station type filling process, and the filling is instable in a gasbag type filling process can be effectively solved, and the automation degree of the system is improved on the premise of meeting sealing and on-off preconditions. |
