A high-temperature-resistant and scouring-resistant intelligent reversing ball valve comprises a valve body, a valve cover and a ball, the lower end of a valve rod which is arranged in the valve rod and can rotate is connected with the ball, the upper end of the valve rod is connected with a drive device, the valve cover is filled with padding, and a plurality of layers of heat dissipation fins are arranged on the outer wall of the valve cover, so that a level-by-level temperature reducing structure is formed. The intelligent reversing ball valve is reasonable in structure, the heat dissipation fins are arranged on the outer wall of the valve cover, heat is dissipated level by level, it can be guaranteed that temperature is lowered to be within an allowed temperature range of the drive device on the upper portion of the valve and the sealing padding, locking of the valve due to high temperature is avoided, the problem that the valve can not be normally opened, closed and reversed due to high temperature is avoided, valve reliability is greatly improved, the severe working condition requirement of process pipelines can be met, and long-time safe and stable operation is guaranteed.
