Abstract | The utility model discloses two-layer composite meltblown nonwoven fabric. The two-layer composite meltblown nonwoven fabric comprises a first substrate layer, a plurality of oblique diameter jetting composite superfine staple fiber layers and a second substrate layer which are arranged sequentially from top to bottom. According to the two-layer composite meltblown nonwoven fabric, a water storage fiber substrate layer is arranged in the two substrate layers, moisture absorption of the surfaces of fibers is improved, surface specific resistance is decreased, and surface static is reduced. Meanwhile, the superfine staple fiber meshes are arranged between the upper substrate layer and the lower substrate layer in the two-layer composite process, so that the performance, intensity and application functions of the nonwoven fabric are increased, it is ensured that the surface of the nonwoven fabric is soft and even, and the two-layer composite meltblown nonwoven fabric has the effects of being high in moisture absorbing speed, resistant to static and flame retarded. |
