The novel fine positioning device comprises a supporting block (1), a supporting board (2), a core fixing board (3), a push-off fixing board (4), a cavity fixing board (5), a thermal mould supporting board (6) and a fine positioning part (7), wherein the supporting board (2), the core fixing board (3), the push-off fixing board (4), the cavity fixing board (5) and the thermal mould supporting board (6) are sequentially mounted at one end of the supporting block (1); aligned positioning grooves (8) with the same width are formed in the supporting board (2), the core fixing board (3), the push-off fixing board (4) and the cavity fixing board (5); a rectangular groove is composed of the positioning grooves (8); the fine positioning part (7) is arranged inside the rectangular groove, and is matched with the rectangular groove. The novel fine positioning device provided by the utility model can be used for effectively preventing a template from shifting under gravity, so that the mould can be prevented from being damaged by a mould core through pulling due to shifting of the template, the overlapping precision of the template in mould assembly can be ensured, and the working efficiency can be improved. |
