Abstract | The utility model relates to a high current coil for low voltage transformers. The high current coil comprises a coil body, fixing boards, a front connecting board, and a rear connecting board. An assembly method of the high current coil includes the steps: first, a traditional round tube or square tube coil is modified into a hexagonal shape; second, the coil is divided into a plurality of segments according to the size and number of magnetic circuits; third, each segment is machined with a common bender; fourth, the segments are assembled into an integrated coil through the fixing boards. The processing method of the high current coil is simple and feasible, high in flexibility, suitable for small-batch products, applicable to processing of various coil conductors such as copper, aluminum and copper-aluminum alloy conductors, and suitable for high voltage high-current coils for various types of transformers. |
