Abstract | Disclosed is an industrial endoscope probe which adopts grating projection to realize measurement and belongs to the field of nondestructive detection. The industrial endoscope probe includes an outer casing, an inner casing, a CCD device and an imaging objective lens. Both of the outer casing and the inner casing are round-shaped on the cross section of the probe. The inner casing is arranged in the outer casing and the top part of the inner casing is connected with the inner wall of the outer casing. The CCD device and the imaging objective lens are both arranged in the inner casing. The bullseye of the CCD device, the center of the imaging objective lens and the center of the inner casing are collinear. Lighting sources and a grating projection device are arranged between the outer casing and the inner casing.
