Abstract | The utility model discloses a high-molecular-polymer injection system, which is applied to a shield construction system, wherein the shield construction system comprises a shield tunnelling machine and a helical conveyor. The high-molecular-polymer injection system comprises an agitation barrel, an injection pump, an air channel sub-system, a pipeline sub-system and a water supply mechanism. Power for agitating a high molecular polymer is supplied to the agitation barrel via the air channel sub-system, so as to form high-molecular-polymer mixed liquor in the agitation barrel; the high-molecular-polymer mixed liquor is conveyed to a helical conveyor injection point or a soil bin injection point via the pipeline sub-system, so that the high molecular polymer is enabled to absorb free water in muddy water, meanwhile, adhere to segregated soil and sand, improve the water retention property of soil residue, and improve the soil plugging effect of the helical conveyor to achieve the purpose of spewing control. |
