Abstract The utility model discloses a circulation air separation device for quartz sand purification. The circulation air separation device consists of an air collection chamber (1), an air blower (2), a guide plate (3), a feed pipe (4), an air grid filter screen (5), grading blanking hoppers (6), baffles (7), a damping sheet (8), a circulation air pipe (9), a return air filter screen (10) and a body cavity (11). When the air blower (2) in the air collection chamber (1) is turned on, airflow acts on powdery quartz sand, falling into the body cavity from the feed pipe (4), through the guide plate (3) and the air grid filter screen (5) at a certain air speed; under the resultant action of vertical gravity and a transverse air force, the powdery quartz sand falls into the grading blanking hoppers (6) according to the particle size; tiny dust-contained gas flow flows through the damping sheet (8) and the return air filter screen (10), and tiny dust is filtered off; the gas flow is returned into the air collection chamber
