The 3D printer is characterized in that: the 3D printer includes an X axis rail support (1), a Z axis rail support (2), a Y axis rail support (3), a universal numerical control bogie (4), a conducting bottom plate (5), a coaxial sleeve pipe printing head (6) which is mounted on the universal numerical control bogie (4), a backflow external hose pipe (7) which is connected with an external pipe of the coaxial sleeve pipe printing head (6), a gravitational flow internal hose pipe (8) which is connected with an internal pipe of the coaxial sleeve pipe printing head (6), a reservoir (9) which contains electrolyte, a metal electrode block (10), and a numerical control suction pump (11) which is mounted at a tail end of the backflow external hose pipe (7) and used for sucking the electrolyte back to the reservoir (9).
