An output shaft of the motor is connected with the input end of the speed change mechanism. The speed change mechanism is connected with a supporting bar. The motor and the speed change mechanism are surrounded by a cap. The output end at the bottom of the speed change mechanism is connected with a floating ball, and the floating ball and the cap are together in a flying saucer shape. A plurality of fixing parts of farming water blades are evenly distributed at the bottom of the floating ball, mounting locations are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the fixing parts, of the upper surface of the floating ball, and mounting holes are formed between the fixing parts and the mounting locations.
