Abstract | The utility model relates to a split type vehicle speed sensor, which comprises a speed measuring gear coaxially connected with the differential gear of a gearbox, a sensor and a harness socket connected with the speed measuring instrument of a vehicle. The sensor is composed of a sensor upper part and a sensor lower part, wherein a vehicle speed monitoring device is arranged between the sensor upper part and the sensor lower part. The two ends of the vehicle speed monitoring device are respectively and threadedly connected with the sensor upper part and the sensor lower part. The other end of the sensor upper part is coaxially connected with the speed measuring gear. The other end of the sensor lower part is coaxially connected with the harness socket. The vehicle speed monitoring device is connected with a vehicle meter through a signal transmission line.
