The film comprises a film body which is provided with at least two annular line units; any one annular line unit comprises at least two annular line patterns, one annular line pattern is an access circuit pattern, and the other annular line patterns are short circuit patterns; the annular line patterns become annular line electric circuits by printing patterns to the circuit board in a development mode, the annular line electric circuits are provided with accesses and short circuits, and influence on the inductance of the whole circuit board from the short circuits of the annular line electric circuits can be tested. According to the film, the annular line patterns on the film are arranged, after the film is developed, the annular line electric circuits having different sizes or having the same size but different short-circuit positions are connected to the whole circuit board circuit, therefore, on one hand, influence on the inductance
