Abstract The utility model relates to the technical field of a railway vehicle axle temperature detection system, and discloses a low-speed control device based on double signals. The low-speed control device based on the double signals solves the problems that an existing railway vehicle axle temperature detection system is single in composition and can only judge vehicle wheels with the vehicle speed being above 5km/h, and vehicle wheels with the vehicle speed being below 5km/h can not be detected. A magnetic steel input signal is connected with a chip CD4053 through a signal control, a first amplification filter circuit, a precision rectification circuit, a differential amplification circuit, an amplification circuit, a threshold comparison circuit, a shaping circuit and a hysteresis comparison circuit; a PRS input signal is connected with the chip CD4053 through a second amplification filter circuit.
