Abstract | The utility model relates to a continuous type liquid separation device. According to the continuous type liquid separation device, a separation device main body is composed of a box body and a jacket which covers the box body and is used for preserving heat, wherein the side wall of the box body is provided with a mixed material inlet and a low-specific-gravity liquid outlet; the vertical height of the low-specific-gravity liquid outlet is greater than that of the mixed material inlet; a mixed material outlet is formed in the bottom of the box body. With the adoption of the device provided by the utility model, the separation of a product and a catalyst can be realized automatically, continuously and efficiently in a process of synthesizing PCMX (Parachlorometaxylenol) by oxychlorination and the mass percentage of the catalyst in the separated product is less than 0.05%. |
