The die comprises an ejector pin for ejecting a product, wherein a boss with an upward small end is arranged at the top end of the ejector pin; and during ejection, the boss pushes against the bottom end of the product to prevent relative sliding between the ejector pin and the product. The die provided by the utility model has the beneficial effects that the boss for preventing the product from sliding is arranged at the top end of the die and can prevent relative sliding between the ejector pin and the product and prevent the ejector pin from scratching the surface of the product, thus improving the product quality.
