The utility model relates to a coal slag filtering device for pre-treating oily wastewater, which is applicable to wastewater treatment. The coal slag filtering device comprises a filtering tank, a liquid supernatant discharging opening, a switching valve, a filtering groove and a water outlet valve, wherein the liquid supernatant discharging opening is formed in the filtering tank; the filtering tank is communicated with the filtering groove through the switching valve; and the water outlet valve is arranged in the filtering groove. The coal slag filtering device further comprises a coal slag layer and a perforated separation plate; a perforated steel plate is provided with a plurality of filtering holes; the coal slag layer is arranged at one side, which is close to the filtering tank, of the filtering groove; and the perforated separation plate is arranged in the filtering groove to separate the coal slag layer from a runner.
