Abstract | The utility model provides including a micro-opening identification device for a valve clack of a spring safety valve based on spring stressed deformation curves. The micro-opening identification device specifically comprises a detected safety valve (1), mechanical brackets (2), a hydraulic jack (3), a pressure sensor (4), a displacement sensor (5), a spring stressed deformation data acquisition system and a data analysis system, wherein the mechanical brackets are fixed on a valve body of the detected safety valve; the hydraulic jack, the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor are installed on the mechanical brackets, so as to provide an environment for exerting a force on a valve rod for the hydraulic jack; the pressure sensor detects an applied force exerted by the hydraulic jack on the valve rod, and the displacement sensor detects the displacement of the valve rod; the spring stressed deformation data acquisition system acquires data of the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor simultaneously; |
