The anti-coal-application and anti-chute-blockage trough device of the coal transportation system is composed of a trough body. An anti-coal-application and anti-chute-blockage ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene lining plate is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the trough body. The trough body is fixed with the anti-coal-application and anti-chute-blockage ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene lining plate through bolts. When raw coal passes through the anti-coal-application and anti-chute-blockage device of the trough, due to the fact that the trough device is quite low in friction coefficient (0.05-0.11), high in abrasion resistance equal to or more than 40HRA and impact resistance (equal to or more than 140 kilojoule/m ), good in self-lubrication and chemical erosion resistance and the like, the phenomenon of coal application and chute blockage which bothers the coal tran |
