| Abstract | A structure of a body building device comprises a grip, a bearing seat, a plurality of rolling ball groups and a plurality of elastic belts, wherein the top of the bearing seat is combined with the grip, a containing space is formed inside the bearing seat, a part of the rolling ball groups are contained inside the containing space of the bearing seat, the other part of the rolling ball groups are exposed under the bearing seat, a plurality of connecting holes are arranged at one side of the bearing seat, and the connecting holes are connected with the elastic belts. Therefore, a user can achieve good and comprehensive movement effect by means of various movement postures. |
