The discharging device comprises the washing tank, wherein the outlet pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the washing tank and formed by connecting a longitudinal pipeline and a transverse pipeline. The discharging device is characterized in that the longitudinal pipeline is connected with the transverse pipeline through a tee joint; a first opening end of the tee joint is communicated with the longitudinal pipeline; a second opening end of the tee joint is communicated with the transverse pipeline; and a discharging mechanism is correspondingly arranged at a third opening end of the tee joint.
