The picking flow type flaring pier is high in energy dissipation and relatively good in anti-scouring effect; and the application range of a flaring pier energy dissipation technology can be expanded to waterhead engineering under the conditions of low dams, medium dams, low flow, high Froude's number, shallow tail water and the like.
