The utility model discloses a novel outside-mounted controllable doe-litter separation farrowing box which comprises a box body and a top cover. The back and two sides of the box body are made of plastic-coated iron sheets. Two long hooks are disposed on the lower portions of the two sides, and two small hooks are disposed on the upper portions of the two sides. The front of the box body is made of a black hard plastic board. All sides of the box body are fixedly connected through screws. A doe access hole is arranged on the upper left of the black hard plastic board, and a litter access hole is arranged on the lower right of the black hard plastic board. Each of the doe access hole and the litter access hole is provided with slots and a separation door for controlling accessing of the doe and litter.
