Abstract | The utility model aims at providing a raw material bin positioning alarm device which comprises a temperature display instrument, wherein the input end of the temperature display instrument connected with a power supply is connected with a variable resistor and a plurality of groups of double-wire electrodes in parallel; the lower ends of the double-wire electrodes extend into the upper parts of bins; and the output end of the temperature display instrument is connected with an alarm horn. Through a raw material positioning alarm system and a three-level segregation technology, the feeding, segregation and bin position control can be completely automatic and the phenomena of material breakage, material blockage, material overflow and the like are completely solved. The raw material bin positioning alarm device is simple in structure and convenient for popularization and use and has favorable social and economical benefits. |
